convenient location spacious room quality toiletries fresh fruits
The location was very convenient! it was close to the central station and the city center. the room was spacious and modern, with a lovely bathroom. I found the toiletries to be of good quality. breakfast included various pastries, yogurts, and fresh fruits. they provided umbrellas when needed, helpful .
the heating system in my room was not functional, and neither was the coffee maker provided. i mentioned it, but it was never fixed . it was a minor inconvenience, but it affected my overall experience.

the hotel is located on a quiet side road. it is only a 5-minute walk from the central station. the grand place and mont des arts are about a 10-minute walk away.

mixed feelings about this stay.
slow system wrong room price
check-in was not smooth. it took a very long time to complete and i was initially overcharged. it took a while to fix this error. after i left. i got another bill for champagne i supposedly drank. i never touched the mini bar. sorting this out was a waste of time.

The room had a Nespresso machine and a selection of coffee pods. There was a small refrigerator available for personal use. The bathroom included both a bathtub and a separate shower. Staff quickly addressed a minor issue with the room's lighting. The hotel features a fitness center, I noted treadmills and elliptical machines. The lobby offered free newspapers and magazines. A concierge was present to assist with directions. Check-in was efficient. The hotel offers breakfast with a variety of hot and cold options. Fresh fruit and pastries were included. The breakfast area was spacious and well-kept. Service was attentive, tables were cleared quickly. Location is central, with easy access to public transportation. The hotel is near several restaurants and shops. Main attractions are within walking distance. Taxis are readily available outside the hotel.
The elevator was occasionally slow during peak hours.
